Valentine 10 in 10 Sessions!

Happy 2020, Everyone!

We hope that you had a wonderful holiday season with family + friends and are settling in to the new year feeling great. At the beginning of the year we always take a look back at everything that happened the year before and try to readjust and plan for the year to come, which is always exciting + inspiring. We have some exciting plans for 2020, most of which we can't announce quite yet, but a couple that we're stoked to jump into right away!

VALENTINE 10 IN 10 SESSIONS
First up is that Thea is doing some 10 in 10 Sessions for Valentine's Day that are going to be adorable, as always. These are perfect for creating custom Valentines for your kiddo's friends (or to send out to everyone if you didn't quite get around to holiday cards this year!). They also make for beautiful modern wall art, photo albums and just great keepsakes to remember this exact moment in your child's life.

These sessions are $150 for a quick, fun 10-minute session, just like always, or you can book two back-to-back to get 30 minutes for $300 if you'd like extra time and you can book them right here on this blog post or by jumping over to the booking page.

GIVING BACK
If you've been following Hello Buffalo for a little bit you know that we've used these Valentine's Day sessions in the past as a great opportunity to give back to local causes that we're passionate about and that are making sure Minnesota is protected for years + years to come. We started with the awesome Wall of Love to support the ACLU + Take Action Minnesota and also did a super fun set of 10 in 10 Sessions to support Save the Boundary Waters (which, by the way, are still fighting the same mine that's trying to work it's way onto the edge of the BWCA. Oy.)

TAKING IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL
Protecting the world we live in is such a central value to us personally that this year we're taking it to the next level and are in the process of joining the incredible group 1% For The Planet, which is a collective of businesses + individuals that are committing to donating at least 1% of their sales to environmentally-focused nonprofits doing great work to protect that planet. We'll have more about this shortly, but we're so excited to incorporate this giving into each session to make sure all those kiddos we photograph every year have a beautiful planet to grow up on. 

VALENTINE 10 IN 10 SESSIONS + CLIMATE GENERATION
The recent wildfires in Australia (and the Amazon, and the Arctic) are an incredible reminder that doing everything we can to prevent these terrible disasters is substantially less costly than having to react and do damage control after the fact. With that in mind we're donating 10% from each Valentine 10 in 10 Session to Climate Generation, a local nonprofit founded by Will Steger dedicated to fully understanding what's going on with our world and empowering the community (with an inspiring focus on youth!) to make longterm, lasting change.
