Elliotte Mae's First Birthday

I've photographed Joey a handful of times for his various musical projects in the Twin Cities, so it was fun to be able to bring it full circle and photograph these images to document his little daughter turning one. 

There's something super special about a first birthday and I love how these sessions give families a chance to take some time to reflect on their first year of life together, and remember all the moments leading up to it.
